ANOTHER CLUB RECORD FOR FLORENCE EAST

Florence East set her second club record in a week. Having last weekend set a new Under 17 3000m record, there was a new 1500m at Watford with a time of 4.35.77. This eclipsed 0.32 seconds off the time set by Ellie Farrow in 1998.
